• No Smoking Inside, Smoking is Permitted outdoors away from open windows. Ashtrays are provided, butts not to be discarded on grounds or roadside (penalty fees applied)

• Cancellation Policy
  If guests cancel within 2 days of the check-in date, the following fee will be applied → Full amount
  If guests cancel within 7 days of the check-in date, the following fee will be applied → First night
  If guests cancel within 8 days of the check-in date, the following fee will be applied → 10% of Total (paid as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking)

THE SUITE

The house (raised / walk out bungalow constructed on the side of a hill) was originally built as a 2 family home. The entire main floor suite is where you'll stay in the well-appointed rooms, 1 and/or 2 king bedrooms, living/dining room, and kitchenette. The lower level of the bungalow is where your respectful hosts reside. We give you all the privacy you desire, but are there should you need us. The spacious 2 1/4 acre rural property is restful and private. The grounds are beautifully maintained with gardens and mature tree groves. You'll enjoy exclusive use of the seasonal outdoor pool in the summer months. And you can sled on the snow covered hill during the winter season! Nearby is the quaint shops of Jordan Village, within 15 minutes over 50 boutique wineries, award-winning restaurants, bistros, craft breweries, and small batch distillery, cheese house, bakeries, and several wedding venues. The host is an officiant and the space is perfect for elopements or intimate wedding ceremonies.

TRANSITION - for new bookings for the remainder of 2023 and 2024

To better accommodate the requests of overnight guests, we have revised our offering to an exclusive 1 or 2 king bedroom suite with optional 3rd queen wall bed. Guests are offered a complimentary continental breakfast that will in the kitchenette upon arrival so that you can enjoy anytime in the morning.
